Nylahflights Visa Fee Refund Policy

Purpose and Scope

This Visa Fee Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the payment, refund, and validity of visa application service fees paid to Nylahflights. By submitting payment for visa services, the applicant (“You”) acknowledges and accepts the terms set forth herein. This Policy forms part of, and must be read together with, the Nylahflights Terms and Conditions of Service.

1. General Principles

Nylahflights provides administrative support and facilitation services related to visa applications but does not make or influence any visa decision. All visa determinations are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. Accordingly, all service and application fees paid to Nylahflights are considered final once processing has commenced, irrespective of the outcome of the application.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

All Visa Application and Service Fees paid to Nylahflights are strictly non-refundable and non-reversible under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • Rejection, refusal, delay, or withdrawal of a visa application by the relevant immigration authority;
  • Change of travel plans or failure to provide required documentation;
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccurate information supplied by the applicant;
  • Any delay or administrative action taken by external authorities beyond the control of Nylahflights.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that payment constitutes acceptance of this non-refundable policy and that Nylahflights has no obligation to reimburse any amount once processing of your application has begun.

3. Non-Transferable Fees

Visa Application and Service Fees are non-transferable. They may not be reassigned, resold, or credited to another applicant, application, or service, even if the original application is withdrawn, cancelled, or refused.

4. Validity and Expiration

  • Visa application fees are valid for a period of 365 days (one year) from the date of purchase.
  • Upon expiry, any unused fee will automatically lapse, and no refund or credit will be issued.
  • Fees are applicable only to the country of submission. Payments made for a visa application in one country cannot be transferred to another country’s consular post.
  • Requests to reschedule or cancel must be submitted within 24 hours of payment to care@nylahflights.com.

5. Interpretation of Terms

  • “Application” – a visa, passport, OCI, GEP, or renunciation application form submitted by you through Nylahflights.
  • “Service Fees” – administrative charges payable to Nylahflights for facilitation services, exclusive of government fees.
  • “Consular Fees” – fees charged directly by an embassy or consulate for visa adjudication or legalization services.
  • “We,” “Us,” or “Our” – Nylahflights, its affiliates, or authorized representatives.
  • “You” or “Applicant” – the individual or entity purchasing visa-related services.

6. Consular and Legalisation Fees

All Consular and Legalisation Fees are governed by the refund policies of the respective foreign authorities or diplomatic missions. As a general rule, these fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made and processing has commenced.

Likewise, all Service Fees paid to Nylahflights are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa decision or any action taken by the embassy or consulate. Nylahflights acts solely as a facilitator and has no influence over, or responsibility for, the decision-making process of any foreign authority.

In the rare event that an incorrect amount has been paid due to a clerical or administrative error, Nylahflights may, upon written request, provide reasonable assistance to help you submit a correction or refund request to the relevant embassy or authority. However, the approval, processing time, and disbursement of any such refund are entirely at the discretion of the foreign authority concerned. Nylahflights does not guarantee or control this outcome and shall not be held liable for any refusal or delay in refunding consular or government fees.

For absolute clarity, no portion of the fees paid—whether to Nylahflights for its services, to the relevant embassy, consulate, or government agency, or for any third-party handling charges—will be refunded once payment has been processed and the application has entered any stage of review or submission.

7. Refunds of Service Fees

Refunds of service fees will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Nylahflights management, where the following criteria are met:

  • The applicant has not submitted their application and no processing has commenced;
  • A duplicate payment was made in error and can be verified by our accounting team; or
  • Nylahflights is unable to provide the service due to reasons directly attributable to us.

Once personal data has been processed, submitted, or uploaded to a government or consular system, the service shall be deemed fully rendered, and no refund will be granted.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Nylahflights to resolve the matter may result in suspension of service and recovery of associated administrative costs. Please contact us first at care@nylahflights.com for resolution before initiating any chargeback.
