Non-refundable: Nylahflights does not issue Visa Application fee refund. Regardless of the outcome of your application, petition, or request, or the length of time it takes to process, Nylahflights does not reimburse fees. By continuing to use our service, you acknowledge that you are paying the service fees and that you must pay the full amount.
Non-transferrable: The Visa Application fees cannot be resold or transferred to another applicant.
Good for only one application: The Visa Application fee may be used to complete only one application. If the Visa application is denied, a new visa application and fee will need to be completed to apply again.
Expires after 1 year: Visa application fees are valid for use for 365 days from the date of purchase. The fee will expire, and you will forfeit your right to use the fee for a Visa application. Additionally, Visa fees paid to apply in a specific country cannot be transferred to another country. Once the payment is completed in one country, you cannot use that payment to schedule an appointment in a different country. If you wish to reschedule a new appointment in the same country, or if you would like to cancel an application, please send us an email at care@nylahflights.com. You may do so within 24 hours without paying an additional fee.
Defined terms in this Refund Policy shall have the meanings given to them in these Terms and Conditions:
Means a form to be completed by a Visa/OCI/GEP/Passport/Renunciation customer requesting the provision of Services.
Mean the fees payable by you for the Services purchased. Service fees will not be refundable even if you choose not to submit an application for any reason.
Refers to Nylahflights or any party acting on our implicit instructions.
Refers to the person purchasing the Services or acting on such person's instructions.
As a general rule, the Consular Fee and Legalisation Fee are non-refundable and will be subject to the refund policy of the respective country you are applying for. If you have paid the incorrect Consular fee or Legalisation fee, you will have the ability to cancel and seek a refund for the incorrect fee paid and pay the correct fee.
Refunds will only be considered if you satisfy the Refund Eligibility Criteria in full. If you or the relevant Consular customer fails to meet any of the criteria, we reserve the right to decline the request for a refund. Service shall be deemed delivered in full upon completion of personal data processing, initiated as soon as we complete online registration on the Embassy portal.
To apply for a refund or to address any issues related to your application and payment, please contact us via the online feedback form or through email. Requests for refunds or cancellations will not be accepted for any services that are partially used. If you change your mind about travel after your application has been processed, no fees will be refunded. We encourage you to resolve any issues with us before making a Chargeback request.
