Nylahflights provides administrative support, guidance, and facilitation services only. We do not make, influence, or guarantee visa decisions. All visa outcomes are determined solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.
Non-Refundable Fees
All visa service fees are strictly non-refundable under the following circumstances:
- Visa refusal, delay, administrative processing, or withdrawal by an embassy
- Change of travel plans, missed deadlines, or incomplete documentation
- Errors, omissions, or inaccurate information provided by the applicant
- External policy changes or government actions beyond Nylahflights’ control
Validity and Expiration
- Visa service fees remain valid for 365 days from the date of payment
- Unused services expire automatically after the validity period
- Fees apply only to the intended applicant and intended submission route
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Nylahflights may result in suspension of service and recovery of administrative costs.
